A one hour massage focusing on the areas of the upper body where muscle imbalance is common. The work begins with the superficial layers of skin, fascia and muscle, addressing fascial migration and releasing adhesion. Working down to deeper layers, various techniques are used to address tight, shortened muscle and weak, overstretched muscle to promote the restoration of muscle balance and improved posture. Muscles in the front of the body are also targeted in this treatment, such as the pectoralis muscles and the muscles of the neck. This is a purely professional service.
