Holistic Massage 60 mins €80
A holistic massage is a treatment that involves the whole person - mind, body and spirit. The aim is to bring the body into homeostasis. The physical, mental and emotional effects are many and varied: the promotion of relaxation reduces muscle tension and anxiety, improving sleep and reducing stress. Physiologically, holistic massage can improve joint mobility, aid digestion and helps in the removal of waste from the body. Incorporated into this full body treatment are face massage and scalp massage for a feeling of total relaxation.
Deep Tissue Back, Neck and Shoulder 60 mins €80
A one hour massage focusing on the areas of the upper body where muscle imbalance is common. The work begins with the superficial layers of skin, fascia and muscle, addressing fascial migration and releasing adhesion. Working down to deeper layers, various techniques are used to address tight, shortened muscle and weak, overstretched muscle to promote the restoration of muscle balance and improved posture. Muscles in the front of the body are also targeted in this treatment, such as the pectoralis muscles and the muscles of the neck.
Holistic with Deep Tissue 90 mins €100
This treatment combines a one hour full body holistic massage with 30 minutes of deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage incorporating face and scalp massage. It allows for the full effect of a full body holistic massage and the targeted attention to your personal patterns of muscle imbalance.
Sports & Orthopeadic 60 mins €80
Regular massage treatments are an excellent option for self-care and maintanence and have profound and cumulative benefits, but sometimes a more specific type of bodywork is needed to address muscle imbalance and the postural and functional issues it can create. Myoskeletal Alignment Technique is a comprehensive approach to the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries and chronic pain conditions. The treatment involves accurate assessment where pain or injury is present, identifying patterns of dysfunction, a methodical approach to address each layer of dysfunction with specific techniques and demonstration of home care exercises to reinforce newly established patterns.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment time will incur a €40 cancellation fee.
Cancellations or no shows within 24 hours of appointment time will incur a €80 cancellation fee for one hour appointments and a €100 fee for 90 minute appointments and vouchers will be deemed used.
